I find it truly awe-inspiring how God chooses to communicate with His children.

Recently, I learned that one of my cherished Hollywood actors has taken the profound step of embracing Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior.

In reflecting on our faith, or simply put, our "religion," what stands out remarkably is its unwavering emphasis on love, a stark contrast to ideologies that propagate hatred and violence.

Rather than endorsing animosity and harm, our guiding principle is the call to embrace love for one another. What's even more remarkable is the directive to extend that love to our enemies.

Isn't that truly remarkable?

I must confess, recognizing my own imperfections, the idea of loving all my enemies appears as a seemingly insurmountable task.

Yet, with Jesus as my constant companion, I place my trust in Him to mend my heart for His cause, empowering me to navigate and inhabit this world as He did.

Is it challenging?

Certainly, but I'm eager to witness how this journey unfolds, guided by the transformative power of love and the teachings of Jesus.

Comedian Rob Schneider is increasingly speaking about his faith, heralding the importance of forming a foundation in God and forgiving others. "Jesus only lets you stray so much," Schneider recently told CBN News of his decision to re-embrace the faith he once found as a teenager. "I think, at a certain point, He grabbed me again and hugged me." The "Saturday Night Live" alum, who stars in a new Bentkey cartoon called "Chip Chilla," went on to describe what he sees as an inherent beauty in Christianity — a faith he believes is predicated upon true goodness. "There are other religions out there that say, 'Well, kill your enemy; hate your enemy,'" Schneider said. "And we have a religion that says, 'Love your enemy, love thy neighbor as thyself ... love others.' What a beautiful way to go through life." The actor also reflected on the need to forgive. "If I am going to lead my life and be an example, as Christ compels us to do, then I have to do it," Schneider continued. "Even if it hurts, even if it stretches how I used to feel ... and, once you forgive, the beautiful thing about forgiveness is ... you end up feeling better." "The Animal" star's return to faith is notable, as he recalled being so devoted to Christianity as a teenager that he "would have dreams of Jesus Christ." Over time, though, he drifted. "I did — like many Christians do — stray," Schneider said. "But there was a continuing pull back, knowing where I needed to be and to be home." He continued, "And then [a] very, very strange confluence of things. I married a Catholic, and she was very patient with me, and she's been the greatest thing that's ever happened to me." This factor mixed with a project about the Shroud of Turin, among other happenings, started pushing Schneider to think deeper about his faith roots. In the end, he said he could no longer ignore it. Brian Head Welch - Why are they Corrupt?

Several years ago, I found myself grappling with the same inquiries as Brian Head Welch.

Specifically, I harbored reservations regarding individuals who identified as "Christians" and

yet engaged in incessant judgment of fellow believers. This disdain emanated from their

presumption of moral perfection since embracing Christianity. In my estimation, such

individuals bear a responsibility to God for driving away believers, particularly those newly

embraced by faith. As a long-time believer, I've pondered my own existence and questioned

why I persist in committing sins. These transgressions are fueled by my aversion to the

Pharisaical and hypocritical behaviors of certain Christians. Despite aspiring to love them as

God does, I find myself incapable of doing so. Consequently, instead of engaging in futile

debates, I opted to disengage and redirect my focus to biblical immersion. My experiences in

reading the Bible have unveiled insights, challenging me to contemplate who incurs God's

displeasure the most. The details of this revelation will be expounded upon in my forthcoming

blog post or video.
