A Brand New Body At The Blast Of A Trumpet! by Joseph Prince
1 Thessalonians 4:16
16For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
All over the world, Jews celebrate Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. Occurring usually in the month of September, this feast is celebrated with the blowing of trumpets — the shofar or ram’s horn. That is why it is also called the Feast of Trumpets.
The Jews observe seven feasts: The Passover, Unleavened Bread, Firstfruits, Pentecost, Trumpets, Atonement and Tabernacles. The first four have been fulfilled literally by Jesus. He was the Passover Lamb (1 Corinthians 5:7), the bread of life (John 6:35) and the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. (1 Corinthians 15:20) And when Pentecost had fully come after His ascension, He sent us the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:1–4)
So the next feast that we are waiting for Jesus to fulfill literally is the Feast of Trumpets. Why is this feast significant to us? Because when Jesus fulfills it, it means that we are going up to meet Him in the clouds!
I am talking about the rapture of the church. When the trumpet sounds, “in the twinkling of an eye”, we who are alive will be changed. We will put on new bodies that will be like Jesus’! Those who are dead in Christ will rise and also receive new bodies. They will go up first followed by us who are alive, and we will all meet the Lord in the air. (1 Corinthians 15:51–55)
This means that there is a possibility that you might not see death! The Bible says, “Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.” (1 Thessalonians 4:17) It is one thing to happen to be alive, but quite another to remain alive.
I believe that there is a generation of Christians who know the resurrection power of the Lord. They know how to walk in their inheritance and put off sickness and death until the coming of the Lord. My friend, may you be counted as one of them as you take the Lord Jesus and His finished work as your victory over sickness and death!

My God is taking are of me!
You know what.
I am in this stage of really wanting to succeed and have something forward to look unto.
Recently, as I was browsing my facebook and saw some of my college friends bought a new house, cars ,etc. There was part of me that got insecure or "envy"
and thought, "When will I have my own Lord? I'm not getting any younger anymore.."
I know Jesus doesn't encourage us to be envy. But hey, I am just human. Sometimes I could feel
these kind of perks every now and then.
(Thank you Jesus for you are my Saviour! )
Who doesn't want to have their own dream house, car, and a very convenient living, right?
Well, This has been me lately.
Geeeeeeeessh!
Of course,
I talked to Jesus about it and
here's the conversation.
"Jesus, aside from my hyperthyroidism symptoms, you know what? I am really ok. I dont suffer from migraines, giddiness, got sick with flu or fever, cough anymore for years! So this alone, I can tell that You are really taking good care of me. I really appreciate that. :)
Yes, I shifted career from a video editor to graphic designer and now a Real Estate agent.
For what?
For achievements?
For money?
Mmmm... I am really not comfortable about getting those stuffs anymore. All I need is for me, my loved ones and family to be HEALTHY. If we are healthy, the rest will follow but please
lead me.
That "money" thing. I really dont want to be slaved by it anymore. Like for years, I really need to work hard just to get it but in the end, I lost time with my family and friends.
You know what I mean right?
I know the world needs money. Tons of it. But I am Your child, right? You know me more than anyone else what I need so please keep me in that path. "
That was last night.
And today, this morning I was prompted to check one of my iPhone Christian apps for daily words.
And guess what He says,
Woooooooow!
Hahah!
Right on Lord!
I shall be free from it!
Halleluyaaaaah!!!

The Lord Is Able And Most Willing by Joseph Prince
The Lord Is Able And Most Willing by Joseph Prince
Matthew 8:3
3Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
When you see someone receiving a miraculous healing or financial breakthrough, do you ask, “What about me, Lord?” I believe that the leper who came to Jesus must have asked the same question.
He must have heard or seen from a distance, since he was not permitted to be in public places by the law, how Jesus had healed the sick. So he had no doubt that Jesus could heal him, but he was not sure if Jesus would. He said to Jesus, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.” (Matthew 8:2) He was confident of the power of God, but not the love of God for him.
Like the leper, maybe you don’t have a problem believing that God can give you your miracle, since He is Almighty God. But you are wondering if He will do it for you. My friend, let Jesus’ actions and answer to the leper settle this question once and for all. He stretched forth His hand, touched the leper and said, “I am willing; be cleansed.” And immediately, the leper was healed.
I want you to notice that Jesus touched the leper. He could have healed him from a distance with just a spoken word. He had healed others this way as in the case of the centurion’s servant and the Syro-Phoenician woman’s daughter. So why did He touch the leper?
Jesus knew that for so many years, the leper had been cut off from his family and society, so he must have been feeling dehumanized. I believe that Jesus touched him to make him feel human again, to make him feel loved and accepted again. His touch was His love language to the leper.
Can you see God’s heart of love here? Can you see how much He loved the leper? That is how much He loves you! The day that you come to know God’s heart of love and believe that He wants you blessed more than you want to be blessed is the day that you receive your miracle!
Beloved, catch a glimpse of God’s heart of love, and you will believe that He is not only able, but also willing to make you whole!

Fight Your Way To Remain At Rest!
Guess what,
I am back to taking meds.
Yes.
My hyperthyroidism has come back and suddenly have felt all the symptoms. I lost weight and my friends and loved ones are so worried. So, I have no choice but to listen.
Nonbelievers could say,
" Look at your God. You're so silly to believed that He can heal!
Tsk. Poor you. Wake up!"
I say, "Just shut up devil!"
Hahah!
You see.
Whatever you see in me are just
physical symptoms.
It shall pass!
I am healed!
God says, by Jesus stripes I am healed! So be it.
-----
But he was pierced for our transgressions,
he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was upon him,
and by his wounds we are healed.
Isaiah 53:5
------
This little bit of pain and palpitation is temporary.
As Christ is, and so I am in this world!
------
"Even as He is, so are we in this world."
—1 John 4:17.
--------
Jesus was never sick while He was on earth...
And so I am be in this world!
--------
I have an awesome God.
And I know He is restoring my health somewhere.
As a Believer, things like these
will happen to you.
But don't fret.
He keeps reminding us that He is always there.
Want some proof?
Here goes...
"In those days when you pray, I will listen."
- Jeremiah 29:12
Can you feel the weight of those words??
Wow!!!
Yes. Keep on praying, my Beloved. Nothi
Me?
I talked it out to Him. I talk about this and that and even ask Him what's happening.
You can try it too. It makes alot of difference.
When I went to the doctor,
Fear dominated me..
But He promised,
"So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Isaiah 41:10
Now I can truly Rest in Him
because I know He is taking care of my battle.
Fight your way to remain at rest my friend. That's our only battle!
Thank you Abba, Father!
Halleluyaaaaaah!

Let The Lord Be Your Defense by Joseph Prince
Let The Lord Be Your Defense by Joseph Prince
Psalm 94:22
22But the Lord has been my defense, and my God the rock of my refuge.
Imagine being a poor widow, a stranger in the land and holding one of the lowliest jobs in society. That was Ruth’s situation, so it would have been easy for her to feel vulnerable and defenseless. But because she trusted the Lord (Ruth 1:16), He placed her under Boaz’s protection.
Boaz, the owner of the field she worked in, commanded his young men saying, “Let her glean even among the sheaves, and do not reproach her.” (Ruth 2:15) What he was saying to his men was this: “She might be a gleaner, but because I care for her, treat her with respect and make sure she is not put to shame.”
Boaz is a picture of our Lord Jesus. If you are feeling vulnerable and defenseless right now, imagine Jesus commanding His angels, “Watch over this one who belongs to Me. Make sure he is treated with respect and not put to shame because he is someone I love and someone whom I died for.”
God’s Word tells us that if God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31) No one who has set himself against us can prevail because when God is for us, His protection is upon us. That is why I have never answered any of the poison email messages which I have received in the course of my ministry.
My attitude is this: Jesus is my defense. If He does not defend me, it means that there are things in my life that are not to be defended, and I would be glad to find out about them now rather than later. On the other hand, because I take the Lord as my defense, and He defends me, what can those who are against me do to me?
When you defend yourself, you have only your two hands and your own human resources. But when you let Jesus take up your defense, He defends you with His nail-pierced hands and His legions of angels! The results will be amazing.
Beloved, the Lord is your defense and refuge. Trust Him to defend and protect you!

Lift Songs Of Praise To The Lord by Joseph Prince
Lift Songs Of Praise To The Lord by Joseph Prince
Ephesians 5:17
17Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
God wants us to walk as wise men and women, and not as fools. (Ephesians 5:15) Now, He will not tell us to walk in wisdom without showing us how. That is why His Word goes on to say, “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.”
So what is the will of God? The next two verses tell us how to identify it: “And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord”. (Ephesians 5:18–19)
As you allow yourself to be filled with the Spirit by lifting songs of praise to the Lord, singing or speaking (God knows some of us can’t sing!) psalms, hymns and spiritual songs, and making melody in your heart to the Lord, God promises that you will know what His will is for your situation. You will then have the wisdom to decide wisely what to do next.
I have found this to be true in my own life. Whenever I face a difficult situation, the more I think about it, the more confused I get. The more I try my best to come up with a smart solution, the further the answer seems to get from me. But when I turn away from my problem and turn to God, singing in the Spirit and praising Him, I get a clearer perspective of the problem when I come back to it later. I also find an inner prompting to make certain decisions which in the end, turn out to be better than anything I could have come up with on my own.
So my friend, lift up songs of praise to the Lord, whether times are good or bad. For when you fill your mouth with praises to God, He will lead you and guide you in all the affairs of your life. Even if you are stuck with a problem, He will show you the way to go or make a way out for you. Either way, you will get the wisdom and help that you need!

I was listening to this Audiobook
titled "Above Life's Turmoil" by Allen, James
Just for curiosity , Thinking that it's a self-help book, I've listened.
It says
"The turmoil of the world we cannot avoid, but the disturbances of mind we can overcome.
The duties and difficulties of life claim our attention, but we can rise above all anxiety concerning them.
Surrounded by noise, we can yet have quiet mind; involved in responsibilities, the heart can be at rest; in the midst of strife, we can know the abiding peace."
That's so true!
And guess what?
I am soooooo glad Jesus is in me!
Because Jesus is my Peace.
That Peace Jesus gives to me is unexplainable.
Whenever I am down, that Peace
shakes me up that I couldn't even believe it myself, I just end up shrugging my shoulders with a smile.
You know, no matter what your circumstances are right now.
Just keep it going with Jesus as your bestfriend, healer, protector, Savior.
He doesn't promise a smooth flight in between but
He surely can keep you in safe grounds.
I am here, typing this out to blog and share it with you.
I don't blog this out right now because I'm feeling so happy about something wonderful or awesome that just happened.
No. In fact, I woke up hungry a lil bit and surprised at our dog because she bit my graphics pen.
I scolded her of course.
But can you see my point?
I feel joyful. I feel peace.
My joy , unlike "happiness" lasts longer and I know this is forever no matter what.
I start to appreciate the sounds of the train. Buses. And just the fresh air that I breathe.
***smiles.
I can't explain much on how Jesus does it.
I just say it's,
A M A Z I N G!
Thank you Jesus for clearing my thoughts and directing it to You.
With You,
Even I don't have that Dream car that I wished for yet, ( heheh)
I still stand in Victory!
Because You are my Victory!
Halleluyaaaah!!
