 Jesus Took Your Place So That You Can Take His
Matthew 27:46 46
And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying,

“Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?

 Do you know that it was at the cross that Jesus addressed His Father as “God” for the first time?

He had always addressed His Father as “Father”.

But at Calvary’s tree, He addressed His Father as “God”.

Jesus lost that Father-Son relationship when He was representing you and carrying

your sins at the cross so that today, you can call God “Abba! Father!” (Romans 8:15)

and have a loving father-son relationship with God forever.

Jesus was forsaken by God and His world became very dark on that lonely hill

so that in your darkest hour, God will always say to you, “I will never leave you nor forsake you!”
(Hebrews 13:5)

At the time when Jesus needed God most, God turned His back on Him.

God had to turn His back on His Son because His eyes are too holy to behold all the sin that was in

His Son’s body. And because God turned His back on Jesus, He will never turn His back on you.

Instead, you will see God’s face of favour shining on you all the time!

Jesus also took your place of no protection at the cross.

For the first time, He gave up divine protection so that you can have it every day of your life!

And because He became sin, He took your curse at the cross so that today, as you take His gift of

righteousness, you receive only blessings from God. Jesus received the full brunt of God’s wrath in

His body once and for all when He carried your sins.

All of God’s anger and condemnation fell on Him, consuming all your sins until God’s wrath was exhausted.

Today, God is not angry with you.

The body of Jesus absorbed everything — your sins, curses, and God’s anger and condemnation.

So live life expecting to see not the judgment, but the goodness and blessings of God

I needed to stop what I was doing to share this with you all.

Just now, I was in the midst of asking God for favours and provision

as I already started building His place of worship in our area.

It's just a 100sq meter place to build my house and at the 3rd floor will be

a lifegroup area where I can gather my neighbours and everyone who needs to hear about Jesus.

I am also aiming for the kids.

Anyways, yep. Just praying for God to open up and pour His favour upon me. Amen.

This song speaks so much of my life ,  what I went through and have been going through.

Life has its twist and turns. I am thankful the last turn was with Jesus and now

He is shaping my life as He planned it to be.

My scars, pains, struggles and setbacks in life served as a "food" for me to come closer

and boldly to Jesus and Abba Father God.

It has made me what I am now.

There are still everyday challenges but I am assured that He will always pull me through.

So guys! Just give it all up to Jesus.

He is your rest in everything.

Let your pain, tears, fears, brokenness and hopelessness be a weapon to come boldly to Jesus

for protection, blessings of health, restoration and wisdom.

He will guide You and bless you because YOU ARE HIS BELOVED.

HE GAVE UP HIS LIFE FOR YOU AT THE CROSS and there is no way

He will withhold these earthly blessings to you.

Breakfast at hotel. Morning proceed to the lost city of Petra with Horseback Ride through the picturesque SIQ, and visit the Treasury. Petra is a Greek word which means Stone. This city was built on 6th century, the home of Nabataeans. The site is a UNESCO World Heritage since 1985 and the most visited tourist attraction in the country. Transfer back to Amman in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight: at hotel in Amman.

DAY 03–06/05/18: MT. NEBO –MADABA AMMAN -BORDER CROSSING TO ISRAEL –NAZARETH -TIBERIAS (B/L/D) 

Early breakfast and check out. Visit Mt. Nebo, where Moses viewed the Promised Land before he died. Then proceed to Madabato visit the Monastery of St. George, which host the unique mosaic Map of Egypt, Jordan and Holyland. The map is believed to be the first one for this area, as it is built in the 6th century. Transfer to Sheik Hussein Bridge for crossing into Israel. Drive to Mount of Beatitudes, this is the site of the Sermon on the Mount and St. Peter’s Primary Church , See the remains of St. Peter’s House, then to Mt. Tabor to see the Basilica of Transfiguration. Visit Yardenit (Jordan River) where St. John the Baptist baptized Jesus Christ. Many Christian pilgrims stop at this site and perform baptism ceremonies. The site is located at the Southern exit of Sea of Galilee. Dinner and overnight: at hotel in Tiberias.

DAY 05 –08/05/18: CAESAREA -JERUSALEM–BETHLEHEM (B/L/D)

Hotel Breakfast and check out. Travel to Haifa, visit the Basilica of Mt. Carmel; pass by Caesarea, which was built by Mt. Herod the Great to catch the sight of the Aqueducts.Proceed to Jaffa and visit the city where Yona set sail on. Drive to Ein Karemfor St. John the Baptist Church and Church of Visitation where the Blessed Virgin Mary visited Elizabeth then to Jerusalem for hotel check in.Dinner and overnight: at hotel in Bethlehem.

DAY 06 –09/05/18: MT. OF OLIVES –OLD CITY (B/L/D)

After breakfast, your full day tour will start at Mount of Olivesto visit the Ascension Chapel. Then to Church of Pater Nosterto witness the “Lord’s Prayer” Proceed to the Church of Dominus Flevit where God wept over Jerusalem. Continue by walking down to the Palm Sunday Road going to the Church of All Nations and the Garden of Gethsemane to see the Rock of Agony, the place where Jesus prayed before the Roman soldiers came for Him. You will be visiting St. Anne’s Church, Bethsaida Pool, Wailing Wall, Via Dolorosaand go through the Stations of the Cross tothe Holy Sepulchre where Jesus was crucified, died and rose from the dead.We'll visit Mt. Zion, the Upper room, David’s Tomband the Dormition Abbey.

Visit the Dead Seathe lowest point onearth. Swim at the Dead Sea beach. Then proceed to Qumran, the caves of the Essences where Dead Sea Scrolls where found by a wandering shepherd boy.Then to the oldest city in the world, Jericho, for view of Mount of Temptation and Sycamore Tree. God Sees Glorious Things In You!

1 Samuel 16:7
⁷... For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”

Picture David when he was a shepherd boy. Many who knew him in his pre-Goliath days would very likely have seen just an ordinary youth — one who lived at home with his parents and siblings, enjoyed the outdoors and loved music. But where others saw a typical teenager, God saw a king in young David. He saw David’s name being uttered in honour forever for even the Lord Jesus is called the Son of David!

Picture Moses after he had settled down comfortably in the desert with a beautiful wife, lovely children and good in-laws. He might have seen himself happily retiring in the near future. But God had bigger plans for him. God had big dreams for him. God saw the Red Sea opening up before him and an entire Egyptian army being wiped out in his presence. God saw in Moses the deliverer of His people.

Now, step back a little less far in time with me. See a little boy standing alone during playtime. Nobody wants him on their team because he is scrawny and seen as a weakling. As he grows into his teens, he suffers from an inferiority complex. He stammers and stutters so much that all his classmates laugh at him.

But today, he is the senior pastor of New Creation Church. Each week, he stands in front of a crowd of more than 30,000 people to preach. And he receives invitations to speak in churches and pastors’ conferences worldwide. In those early years, there was no way I could have ever conceived in my mind what God saw in me and the dreams that He had for me.

Beloved, God does not see as man sees. God saw in fearful Gideon a mighty man of valour and called him so even when he was hiding from his enemies in fear. (Judges 6:12) God saw in young David a king and anointed him as one. (1 Samuel 16:10–13) God saw in meek Moses a deliverer and drew him out from obscurity. (Exodus 3)

Today, God looks beyond what man sees and says about you, and He has dreams for you that are bigger than you can imagine!

Regardless of what experts say about the current economic situation, I have good news for you. As a child of God, your blessings this year are not dependent on the ebb and flow of the stock market. You can expect good things to happen to you this year because God’s Word declares it: “You crown the year with Your goodness, and Your paths drip with abundance”!

“Pastor Prince, God’s Word says it, but how do I see it?”

Great question! The key to experiencing the blessings lies in Psalm 65:11 itself—“Your paths drip with abundance”. In order to see His paths dripping with abundance, you would need to follow Him, wouldn’t you? So to experience the Lord’s goodness and abundance this year, keep listening to and beholding His grace and finished work. It’s easy to follow His leading when you are tuned to and meditating on His grace. And when you tread where He treads, you will run right into the blessings that He has already prepared for you!

2Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

Let’s say that you are now in your nineties. Someone comes along and asks you, “Sir, you have been a Christian for a very long time. You have seen much and done much with God by your side. You have prayed all kinds of prayers too. So what would you place as top priority when you pray for people?”

I believe the apostle John was asked a similar question and his reply was, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” When the apostle John wrote 3 John, he was already a very old man and probably the only disciple of the original 12 who was still alive. It had been so long ago since he last walked alongside his beloved Lord, and witnessed His crucifixion, resurrection and ascension.

The apostle John had also leaned on the Lord’s bosom on the night of the Last Supper. And I believe that there on Jesus’ bosom, he must have felt the heartbeat of the Son of God — that loving and compassionate heartbeat which had caused Him to go about “doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil”. (Acts 10:38) In fact, two-thirds of Jesus’ ministry on earth had to do with healing the sick.

And now, nearing the end of his life, and after all he had heard, seen and experienced, the apostle John prioritised, above all things, health as well as holistic prosperity. He said, “I wish above all things that you prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers.” He knew the Lord’s heartbeat. He knew that the Lord wants and will always want these for His people.

Jesus had prioritised divine healing during His earthly ministry. And Jesus, who is “the same yesterday, today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8), will do the same for you today. His heart still beats for you. He will never miss an opportunity to do good to you, to heal you of your broken body, emotional scars and weary spirit, and to bless you!

You know when your heart tries to give up, it is just right to call unto Jesus and stick with Him.
The more that the devil is playing arouns in your mind, stop and cut it away and switch your focus in Jesus.
Because the devil will always try to hoodwink you by telling you lies about you.
When he tells you you are a failure,
Tea him, "Maybe so. But thank God , through Jesus I am a VICTOR!"

When he says," you are meant to be sick in this world. "

Tell him, "No. Jesus is my healer. At the cross Jesus has cut all my sickness and curses. By His stripes I am healed!"

Deuteronomy 28:13
13And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath...

One of our church members saw his sales performance hit rock bottom by the middle of the year. As a result, he was ranked 320 out of the 420 financial advisers in his company.

Devastated and on the verge of giving up, he started listening to my messages and claiming God’s promises such as “the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath” and “many who are first will be last, and the last first”. (Matthew 19:30)

He committed everything to God because he believed that only God could turn things around for him. And God did just that.

By the end of that year, he was ranked second in his branch and 10th in the whole company! He qualified for a trip for two to Barcelona, Spain, worth about S$20,000. That was not all. For the first time in his 12 years as a financial adviser, he qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table Award. Only the top six per cent of advisers in the entire industry qualify for this international award.

Beloved, when God makes you the head, you will end up on top of your circumstances. Consider the story of Joseph. (Genesis 39) Even when he was a slave, he was the head and not the tail because God prospered everything that he did.

“But Pastor Prince, when I look at my life, there are times when I am up and there are times when I am down. Yet, the Bible says that I will be above only. I don’t understand this.”

What you are going through is only temporal. Keep believing that you are above only and not beneath, even when you have hit rock bottom. It is God who always causes you to triumph in Christ. (2 Corinthians 2:14) You cannot cause yourself to triumph. Only God can and He has promised in His Word that you will be the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath. So believe His Word in spite of your circumstances and expect to see victory!

Jesus' is Your Divine Healer

Whatever symptoms you are having right now,
always believe that You are the healed in Jesus' mighty name! Amen!

In Jesus, there is GOOD HOPE that doesn't disappoint.

Stick with Jesus and you'll know.

Keep praising Him while waiting for your full maniestation.

He is not deaf to hear your praise.

Give up all your pains and sickness to Him.

You are His beloved and He died for you.

There is no way that He will ever leave you behind sick.

The Bible tells us clearly that God is a God of love, and our God of love is a good God! He is a God who longs to do good to His people. In fact, God desires to load His children with benefits every day (Psalm 68:19)!

My friend, don’t ever be mistaken that a good God will give you sicknesses, diseases and all sorts of physical afflictions. God is constant and constantly good. Sicknesses, on the other hand, are always bad. They are part of the curse. Their purpose is to destroy a person.

Our good God gave us His Son, Jesus, so that you may not be destroyed but have life, and have it more abundantly! The Lord does not take away your life. Instead, He gives, multiplies and restores to you life and health. The more you meditate on and believe His love and goodness toward you, the more you’ll walk in an increasing measure of His health, wholeness and abundant life!

I know . . . everyone is afraid sometimes. I am not saying that you will never be afraid. What I am saying is that you never have to face your fears alone. I am always with you, and My Strength is always there for you. I will never leave you.

But fear is a sneaky thing. Just when you think you’ve gotten it out of your life, it will creep up behind and whisper in your ear: You’re all alone. But remember My words: I am always with you.

Thank Me for My Presence, and trust Me; this will protect you from fear. Spend time in the Light of My Love, while I bless you with My Peace.

To see God’s grace toward us when we are sick is to see what Jesus did for us at the cross. Just as it was important for the Israelites to eat the lamb roasted on that first Passover night before they walked free the next day, God wants you to see His provision for your healing—Jesus, the true Lamb of God—“roasted”. He wants you to see Jesus smitten by His judgment for your deliverance and redemption.

Beloved, see Jesus carrying your symptoms and diseases on His own body. See Him taking one lash after another until His back was shredded to ribbons. See Him falling again and again under the brutality of the scourging, only to rise again and again for more beating until ALL your diseases were healed! Receive your healing as you receive what His perfect finished work at the cross has accomplished for you!

#MyChristianDiary 100: When Holy Spirit Becomes Your Buddy

I went to ikea alone today.

That's where me , my friends and ex used to hangout together.

I thought if I reach there, I'd go on a sentimental mode remembering those times,
and reminisce the moments , but surprisingly, it was the opposite.

Went there with a light heart, enjoying ikea's innovative creations and admiring the new designs.

Explored it for more than an hour, and just bought what I needed.

I paid my stuff and walked my way home,
blogging this with a smile😁😁😁

Thank You Holy Spirit for staying with me.

Now I don't feel so alone and scared anymore.

I have moved on.

Although sometimes fears of the future strike in,

Amazingly, it just melts down away, effortlessly immediately.

It is not easy to be alone especially when you became so dependent with others.

But as the Bible says,

"you can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens you. "
I so believe in that verse and I shall walk with that verse. :)


This is truly what Victory means in Jesus!

And while you must face some trouble, don’t add to your problems by forgetting to let Me guide you. I will lead you around some of the trouble that you see up ahead. Timely Wisdom

TIMELY WISDOM”

God comes through on time in providing wisdom during situations in life that appear confusing. Throughout God’s word we read several accounts when individuals faced situations when timely wisdom was vital. They needed the timely wisdom of God to enforce God-honoring solutions to the present problem.

For example, Solomon asked God for wisdom on how to govern his people effectively, and God came through in timely wisdom when a dispute took place between two mothers and their children.

Daniel replied with discretion and wisdom to Nebuchadnezzar’s bodyguard when a decree went out to put him and his friends to death. God came through in timely wisdom for Daniel to not only communicate and function in times of turmoil, but God granted Daniel wisdom for the interpretation of the king’s dream.

Esther sought wisdom when she learned about the evil attempt of Haman regarding the annihilation of her people.

Ananias sought wisdom from God when called to follow God’s will and purpose when commanded to go lay his hands on Saul. In following God’s timely wisdom, Ananias’ obedience led to Saul regaining his sight and being filled with the Holy Spirit.

God’s word is a reminder to you that God is timeless, holds time, not bound by time because He created time. These accounts are just a few of several testimonies in the Bible for believers to stand firm and know that no matter what we face, God is timely as it relates to his promise of wisdom being activated and in full effect in your life. Don’t think for one moment that God will not show up on time for you, even when you feel and it appears that time is lost, the time is over, and you can’t regain time. God is the one who has a plan for your life and He always fulfills his purpose, plan, and will for your life in due season (HIS TIME!).

When you ask our heavenly Father for wisdom, He promises in His word to give it to you without finding fault. God’s timely wisdom will kick in in every situation, even when you naturally think you aren’t prepared to get through a particular issue. Be encouraged today that God will provide you with timely wisdom as it relates to every decision and aspect in your life. Trust Him. God is coming through for you!

A brainstorm is when you put all of your mental energy into trying to figure things out for yourself. Thoughts are spinning round and round, but going nowhere and accomplishing nothing. It’s as if they are caught up in a terrible storm. All the while, My Peace hovers over you, searching for a place to land.

Let Me stop the storm in your mind. Be still, and ask Me to take control of your thoughts. Just as I calmed the winds and waves for My disciples, I will calm the storm of thoughts inside your brain. Ask Me for My Peace—it’s there whenever you need it.

My friend, it’s not for you to see how much faith you have. That’s God’s department. All you need to do is simply see how gracious God is toward you.

The woman with the issue of blood didn’t go around saying, “I must have faith. I must have faith...” No, she wasn’t conscious of her faith (or lack of it). She was conscious of Jesus and His goodness. How? She heard about Jesus. She must have heard all about His kindness toward the sick and oppressed, and how He healed and delivered them ALL.

She simply saw Jesus in His grace, and Jesus saw her faith and affirmed it—“Daughter, your faith has made you well.” Beloved, just focus on Jesus’ grace. See how He healed ALL without qualification and keep hearing of His goodness!

19to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

We would all like to experience more health, abundance and success in our lives. God, being God, has all of these things, won’t you agree? So to be full of God is to be full of health, abundance and success. But how does one become full of God?

In the past, I was told that to be “filled with all the fullness of God”, I had to fast a certain number of days, pray a certain number of hours and speak in tongues incessantly! I am not belittling fasting, praying or speaking in tongues, but to be filled with all the fullness of God is not about what you do. It is not even about your love for Christ. It is actually about knowing the love of Christ! No one ever told me that if I knew how much God loves me and focused on His love for me, I would be full of Him.

When God made you, He designed you to run at optimal level when you are filled with His love, like a car that runs at its best when it is filled with the right kind of petrol or gasoline. When you realise how much God loves you and you feed on His love for you, you will be supernaturally filled with the fullness of God.

And to be full of God is to be full of everything God is to you and has for you. To be full of God is to come to a place of life, health, peace, abundance — total wellness.

Also, when you are conscious of how much God loves you and you become filled with the fullness of God, what follows is the next verse — God doing exceedingly abundantly above all that you can ask or think, according to the power that works in you. (Ephesians 3:20) You will experience the tremendous blessings of God exploding in your life! You will become a blessing magnet!

So as God’s beloved, continue to be nourished by His love for you, and experience more health, abundance and success in your life!

Ask God For Wisdom

Yes. Ask God for wisdom. He will pour it unto you with no questions asked.

My testimony?
Even my world is quite messy right now, I can say I'm good. Because I believe I am grounded on His wisdom. And Jesus is with me. That is the most important thing in this life's journey.

His promises have never failed me yet.
And that is my only Hope.

The same thing goes with you.

Because He loves you so.

Keep the good hope in Jesus, my friend.

And you will never be disappointed.

God Will Surely Show You Kindness

2 Samuel 9:7
7So David said to him, “Do not fear, for I will surely show you kindness for Jonathan your father’s sake, and will restore to you all the land of Saul your grandfather; and you shall eat bread at my table continually.”

When the people in the palace heard that King Saul and his son Jonathan had died in battle, they panicked. Fearful that David was coming to seize the throne, and kill all the sons and grandsons of Saul, they ran for their lives. A nurse took Mephibosheth, Jonathan’s son, and ran. But as she fled, the five-year-old boy fell and became lame in both feet. (2 Samuel 4:4)

The poor boy would not have been crippled if they had known that David actually loved Jonathan and Saul, and would have looked after Jonathan’s son because he had made a covenant with Jonathan. (1 Samuel 18:3)

In this story, King Saul represents the human race. He is like Adam who sinned against God and forfeited all that God gave to man. He had the position, but not the power anymore because of sin. Jonathan, who came after Saul, represents Jesus, who came as a human. Jonathan was not like Saul — he was good, just as Jesus is not like Adam — Jesus is the perfect Man. David represents God. So Jonathan’s covenant with David speaks of Jesus’ covenant with God. Mephibosheth represents believers today who are “lame” in some way — sick, depressed, fearful, poor and so on.

Now, Mephibosheth became lame because of bad news that was based on a lie. Many believers today are suffering needlessly because they believe the wrong things about God. They think, “My sin has found me out! God is coming after me!”

Well, I have good news for all Mephibosheths: David is not after your life! When David looked for Mephibosheth, it was to show him kindness, to take care of him and restore to him the land that had belonged to Saul his grandfather.

Likewise, God is not out to get you. He knows all about your sins and still loves you. That is why He sent Jesus as the payment for your sins. And because of Jesus’ covenant with Him, He says to you, “Don’t be afraid, I will surely show you kindness. I will restore all to you and you shall always eat at My table!”

Thank You Jesus!

My friend, do you know how loved you are today?

Our Lord Jesus endured the most painful death on the cross, counting it a joy because it meant salvation, healing, and access to His peace, life, and blessings for us (see Heb. 12:2). He bore the punishment for all our sins, so that we can now enjoy an unbreakable relationship with Him, where He is always with us and for us. 

Today, let’s take time to meditate on His perfect sacrifice again, and thank Him for loving us with the greatest love of all.

------STILL HE WALKED----

"Still He Walked"

He could hear the crowds screaming "crucify" "crucify"... 

He could hear the hatred in their voices,

These were His chosen people. 

He loved them,

And they were going to crucify him.

He was beaten, bleeding and weakened...

His heart was broken,

But still He walked.

He could see the crowd as He came from the palace.

He knew each of the faces so well.

He had created them.

He knew every smile, every laugh, and every shed tear,

But now they were contorted with rage and anger

His heart broke,

But still He walked.

He searched the crowd for a loving face and He saw very few.

Then he turned His eyes to the only one that mattered

And He knew that He would never be alone.

He looked back at the crowd...

At the people who were spitting at Him

Throwing rocks at Him and mocking Him

And he knew that because of Him,

They would never be alone.

So for them, He walked.

The sounds of the hammer striking the spikes echoed through the crowd. 

The sounds of His cries echoed even louder,

The cheers of the crowd, as His hands and feet were nailed to the cross, 

Intensified with each blow.

Loudest of all was the still small voice 

Inside His Heart that whispered "I am with you, my Son",

And God's heart broke.

He had let His son walk.

Jesus could have asked God to end His suffering,

But instead He asked God to forgive.

Not to forgive Him, but to forgive the ones who were persecuting Him.

As He hung on that cross, dying an unimaginable death,

He looked out and saw, not only the faces in the crowd,

But also, the face of every person yet to be,

And His heart filled with love.

As His body was dying, His heart was alive. 

Alive with the limitless, unconditional love He feels for each of us.

That is why He walked.

When I forget how much My God loves me,

...I remember His walk.

When I wonder if I can be forgiven,

...I remember His walk.

When I need to be reminded of how to live like Christ,

...I think of His walk.

And to show Him how much I love Him,

...I wake up each morning, turn my eyes to Him,

.......And I walk.
